Registration Fees Includes :
- access to the scientific sessions,
- access to the posters area,
- access to the exhibition,
- one meal per badge per day of registration
Congress Dinner:
The dinner reservation will be included in the registration form : 60€ – non-refundable if you are absent on D-day.
Payment Method
Payment of registrations shall be made by credit card, before the congress (any payment not made prior to the congress will result in the cancellation of the pre-registration and a re-registration on site on D-Day with a surcharge).

1 – No request for a VISA invitation letter will be processed 2 months before the opening of the congress.
All requests will therefore be refused from February 3, 2025 onwards.
2 – Please send us the copy of your visas before March 3, 2025.
If we do not receive this document, your registration will be considered invalid.
In your registration area, you’ll find: your registration invoice, a summary of your registration in PDF format, the congress program, your congress access badge (available from March 17, 2025), your certificate of attendance (available at the end of the congress).

You will find access to your registered area in your registration confirmation e-mail. Please keep this email safe.

Your badge will be available in your registration area from March 17, 2025.
It must be printed in A4 format and presented on D-DAY to gain access to the congress.
